I think I have a crack in the reservoir before it connects to the pump

I believe I have a crack in the reservoir where the water flows into after coming from the tank? Any idea how to further diagnose and if so how to replace it?

If you look at the top of the resivoir there's a water droplet that builds up. It seems to leak from the top of this section. I would dispense normal water out just to clear the tubes, but it won't pump out and I observe a leakge at this location @jayeff

Hi @wiliam94 ,

What is the model number?

I'm not sure of the model number since I bought it off of someone. However it's the one with the touch screen and says Keurig 2.0 on the button.

@jayeff I have placed photos in the post.

Hi @wiliam94 ,

Not sure re your device but are you sure that it is a crack and that there is not just a good seal where the reservoir sits on?

To me it looks like there is an o ring on the inlet/outlet? where the hoses are connected to. If there is perhaps it need to be replaced.

Check the picture I added above @jayeff

It seems as there's a water droplet that rests at the top, and when I dispense water from the machine it doesn't drip at all and water leaks at this point

Hi @wiliam94 ,

It may be that the pump is not working that well.

Does it eventually pump out all the water?

Here’s a link to the ifixit Keurig 2.0-400 Mini Pump Replacement guide, which may be of some help.

Replacement pumps are available online.

Just search for mini pump (insert model number found on pump) to get results for suppliers.

Here’s an example using the following information, mini pump cjp37-c12a5, which was taken from the pump images in the replacement guide link above. Your pump may be a different model etc.

It is shown just to give an idea of what the cost of the part may be.
