In my samsung chromebook I took apart (to fix), I have a burnt chip, but I can’t figure out what it is. Can anyone help? (Its the large white chip on the side of the main board with the processor)

That looks to match this chip. It is the mainboard of the chromebook. This part contains all of the shielding inside of the device that you would need.
