plug does not stay in due to chp

The laptop is chipped where you put the cord in so it does not stay in and therefore does not charge well.  How do I go about getting that fixed?

You might try wrapping some tape around the plug in order to make it thicker.  If it is thicker, it may stay in the socket better than it is now doing, and if it therefore stays in the socket, it may be able to charge.
