The screen looks like X-ray vision

@jimmydean sounds like your TV screen has developed solarization issues. Post some images of what your screen shows with your question. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that so we can see what you see. This could be a T-con error, Main Board or panel failure. If your on-screen menu is normal but your video screen is distorted, it is most likely a bad Main board. If both the menu and the screen are solarized in appearance it is either the t-con board or the panel.

sometimes the t-con board is interchangeable but this will depend on what model your TV's are.
