2004 dodge ram lighting volt light
2004 dodge ram having an issue with it starting it is not cranking over. The lighting volt light came on earlier in the day but went off what could it be

Hello rckelley! I would be happy to help resolve this but I would need a little more info about the issue.
1. Is it safe to presume the lighting volt light to be a red battery light on your dash?
2. Does the truck try to crank? Like clicking or just no action at all?
3. Are the lights in the cab/ dash functional? Bright or dimmed?
