Next book Ares8A when turned on says Android boot failed
Tablet is brand new. I turned it on and all I see is Android boot failed.

Try a" wipe cache partition" this will allow a clean boot thisvideo showshow to do a factory reset but we want to do a wipe cache so instead of selecting the factory reset as he does in the video select wipe cache and carry on from there . This should help but it you find no joy then you will need to do the factory reset as in the video but be advised you will lose all your data . and apps and it will be the same as when you first got it . When you do a wipe cache you lose nothing . Hope this helps

Doesn't help. The Android boot failure message occurs immediately and doesn't let you get far enough to do ANYTHING in your video.
I'm having the same issue.
It dosent help!!!!!!!!!!!!! It says the same thing Android boot failure
