Try a" wipe cache partition" this will allow a clean boot this video shows how to do a factory reset but we want to do a wipe cache so instead of selecting the factory reset as he does in the video select wipe cache and carry on from there . This should help but it you find no joy then you will need to do the factory reset as in the video but be advised you will lose all your data . and apps and it will be the same as when you first got it .
