Why did you tear it down?

Have you checked that the keyboard ribbon cable has been reinserted correctly into the connector?

You're absolutely correct! I reviewed my steps with the tear down guide which I did not have for the first attempt. During the process I noticed the keyboard ribbon was just hanging there. The reason for the tear down was the fan was not working. There was a large ball of accumulated dust which has been removed. Everything is working well. Thank You very much for your input!
