After using the 2016 MacBook pro for few month, the two usb-c port that are used more often is getting loose and the click sound when plugging the power adapter on are no longer there. Is this issue replaceable with a new port, or is it fixable?

Well, I've got some good news and some bad! The good is the port assembly is replaceable! The bad is Apple is the only source for the parts presently. You might want to see if its still covered under warranty!
You'll need to visit an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center to get the port assembly replaced (both ports are mounted in the assembly) as seen here:

Don't throw the towel in yet! It still might be covered!
Even if the original AppleCare warranty window is over. Apple often fixes things within a few months of the expiration (if your press) and if there is a high failure on a new design extend the warranty a year or more!
Even if it's not covered do a bit of pushing to at least get them to only charge you the bench fee and they cover the cost of the part. You may need to talk with the service manager so don't give up too quickly!
I should also point out the way you present your self and if the system looks clean and well kept the better the outcome! Think on how you would respond if the roles where reversed! I would also go to the Apple Store mid week and just before lunch when the staff is rested and the morning rush is over.

Review this: graph on the different lengths of coverage and this AppleCare Warranty. Apple loves to confuse people with it's naming ;-} You can also buy a warranty extension called AppleCare+, I'm betting you still have coverage under the basic AppleCare!

How is it not still under warranty? This computer came out in late 2016. Even if you bought it on day one, you'll still be under your 1 year warranty.

My MacBook is two years old and suffers from this problem, with lost connection at the slightest movement. The Genius Bar in Frankfurt could only offer a complete upper case and keyboard replacement for over €400.
However, the techie did at the end suggest trying to attach a small piece of adhesive velcro tape to the plug, another to the underside of the case and use those to secure the plug.
I did this yesterday and have had no problems since.
Cost of velcro tape: €5.
