How do you stop random rebooting? "bug_fix":"115"

I replaced the display panel on an iPhone 5C and it keeps randomly rebooting. The battery indicator percentage also keeps randomly going up and down. Ex: it shows 96% then reboots itself and shows 92% then I open an app and it drops to 72% then does another random reboot and shows 86% battery. The diagnostic logs show "bug_fix":"115" and the next day also began showing "bug_fix":"110".

Any assistance would be appreciated.
