tablet will not turn on after replacing screen

Hi all,

I cracked the screen on my nexus 9, so I bought a replacement LCD Screen and Digitizer / B-Stock at [1]. I followed all the steps in the replacement guild [2] except for step 20 and step 22 on-wards (because the screen replacement kit seem already to have the LED and such included.

I double checked to make sure these parts were connected:

- 2 ZIF connector to daughter board (in step 11 of the guild)

- the two ribbon connectors are connected (in step 11 and 18)

The tablet warms up around the mother board (like it normally did before) when I try to turn it on.

I switched back to my old screen (to check if maybe the replacement was defective), and it wouldn't turn on with the old screen either.

Anyone have a clue what might be wrong?
