Hello,
As title say does a iPhone 6G Plus battery fit 6S Plus? I see they have same connector but can't find a anwser on the internet. If they fit there are any downside in using the 6GP Battery on a 6SP? Asking because i only have 6GP Batteries at the moment and want to replace the 6SP damaged battery.

Won't fit means won't fit, no need to explain.
Easy, the batter capacity of the 6S+ is different from the 6+ and will warrant a different power management. Moreover, the battery is not just a dumb reservoir of electrons. It also has a small electronic board that communicates with the phone to tell it how much if a charge it is holding, and the temperature. The capacity is calculated as a %. Having different capacities and a different board altogether means there will be miscommunication between the battery and the iPhone resulting in the iPhone acting out. And the software handling the communication is different for the 6+ and the 6S+..

Okay, so updated information.
You can use a 6 plus battery on a 6s plus and vice versa.
Not sure why but 6 Plus, 6S, 6S plus and the SE all use the same battery connector.
I have confirmed this using one of those Battery Fast Charging Activation test Fixture tools that charge up iPhone batteries.

Yes i notice that, still i have to do more force to fit a 6 plus into a 6s plus motherboard connector
I have tried put new i6 plus into 6s plus yesterday. Gave it charged to 100% Plugged out in the morning 7.00am Played 3-4 MOBA games (AOV) Checked after the game finished around 8-9am it was 87 % then I was on youtube and chatting until right now commenting is 12.04pm Battery shows 73% So I though this works well but this is just the first day of this new battery. So I don't really know the result for next day. But now I can say that it works pretty well without any lagging or heat just a little warm while in the game ,and that's very normal for high graphic games .
6 plus has the larger battery so good call on the battery.
Not sure why the 6s plus has a smaller battery, probably due to the added 3D touch layer making it a requirement to make the battery thinner for safe measure.
i can confirm that Iphone 6s battery does work on Iphone 6 Plus
