Here's a complete screen repair guide for the Note II. It's rated a 'moderate' difficulty.

I would recommend getting the Complete Display Assembly with the frame as shown in the guide that Kyle posted.
They are more expensive than screens without the frame, but if this is your first time with this kind of repair, it is totally worth the extra cost.

its to risky if you replace it on your own sir.. maybe you get to a nearby repair shop for replacing it Sir.
