Why is battery draining so fast?

This MBA has a replacement battery in it, I am not sure where it was purchased but it says it is a TOP. Using Cocoanut battery, it shows it is two years out but still at peak capacity. But when the computer is unplugged, the battery drains in a matter of 20-30 minutes... but then when plugged back in will recharge in about that same period of time. Does this indicate a bad battery? Or something else? Thanks.

Have you tried resetting the SMC? Here's how: Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac.

The next thing I would do is see if restoring the battery helps. Here's a good writeup on how: How to Restore and Charge MacBook Batteries
