How to remove and change a fan

My motion computing le1600 fan's has stopped working, I've bought a new one, opened my Le1600 and... I don't know how to remove the fan, i don't see screews or anithyng else to remove it, it has a plastic box on it that I don't know how to remove...

Sometimes, covers are held on with little more than clips. Try applying light force after you're certain that there aren't any screws on both sides (you may have to remove the logic board). There may also be the g-word: glue (all fixers hate glue). In that case, break out the spudger and pick away at the contact points for the glue.
