Screen displays dark light?Vibrator

I need help with this one!My iPhone 5C screen displays dark light,I can see it but there's nothing I can do,I tried home+power but it after turned off completely(no light) it still displaysdark light instead of apple logo,after that I can use the toggle on the left to make my iPhone vibrate.When I press the power the screen goes off and after that I press it again and it displays dark light(like normal except the screen only displays dark light).I need some help!
