Looking For Pinouts for Sata Cable 820-2289-a

Hey guys! I've been looking everywhere for the wire configuration for of my old A1181 MacBook 13' laptop. I've included a few pics to make it a bit easier to know what i'm talking about.

I was just wondering If I could possibly make a Sata to USB connection myself. I have a data processor to run ith through in between now i just have to figure out if I can either use this one or look for something else. I found the computers schematics but it doesnt say much in terms of what the "k36 sata transfer board rev:a" does. anyone happen to know? any advice anyone?

SATA signaling is not directly compatible to USB ports. You need some conversion logic with your part is missing.
