How to fix a broken case?

I have the original GoPro hero and the attachment clips are part of the housing case which can't be replaced or removed. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to reattach the clips? Is it going to have to be a glue job?

The switched output board needs to be replaced. It could have just died, or burned out from trying to pull more than it is rated for.
