Air conditioning has gone crazy

So I have a ford expidition 1998 5.4 liter v8 . I had my air conditioning replaced and it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't . This didn't start when I got it fix , it started before the ac went out.

Sometimes it blows cold , sometimes hot, and sometimes it don't even blow air . Please help !!!
