It could be done, depending on what is wrong with it.
You seem determined, seeing that you replaced all those parts so far, but my advice is not to attempt to repair/replace components on the board if this is your first time micro soldering (seems it is from the way you are asking the question).
You can learn to do it, and you can succeed, but during your first attempts you may break more than you fix. And you need specialized tools to work with such small components.
However, for the sake of it, you can start by examining the board using a magnifying glass. Look around where the charging dock connects to the board. Are there missing/broken/damaged components? Let us know if you find something.
