I've replaced the screen on 2 different 5Cs, and now the screen pops out of both, which also causes a loose connection. Any idea what's going on here and how I can fix it?

Hi Brandon,
When you say that the screen pops out, do you mean the display is lifting off of the frame, or the display is coming loose from the rails on the side? If the display is still attached to the display frame and is only popping up from the phone frame, then there is something that is getting in the way. How bad are the phone frames themselves?

It was the glass separating from the plastic frame. I used double sided permanent tape to fix. Thanks for the reply.

When fitting a 5c screen it clips down at the top about 1mm away from top of frame then you must push the screen up towards the top of the frame so the holding brackets on screen slot under the frame at the top hope that makes sense
