Where is the flasher unit located in my car?

The turn signals or blinkers in my 1997 Ford Taurus GL are not working. I checked the fuses and they are fine. I'd like to replace the flasher but can't find it. Can anyone help me locate this part in my car?

Yes look under steering column should be a fuse box there open it on the right hand side second box down one,two flasher relay
