How do I take the Silver cover off

I have a problem with the right headphone and I suspect a wire issue but I need to take the cover off to be like this picture:

Sam soud, to get to the wiring, you will have to remove the parts on the inside, not the outside (silver cover) . Check this quick and dirty guide for a similar model. Hope this helps, good luck.

I Can cut the wires and replace them from the inside , but it might not work,.

As you can see that the wires extends to the electronic board, I want to reach to the board in order to see if the wires are disconnected ( less likley)
