It looks like Error 32 is generally a driver issue, head over to Epson to find the proper drivers, and maybe some troubleshooting help. While I couldn't find help with this issue for your specific model, there's a maintenance video, and a video of similar issue on a different printer that was solved with some disassembly and some tape.
