Hello. The power button works, but it does not work, so how to find out what the problem is?

Доброго дня. Купив нову матиринську плату бо моя поламалася в мене завжди touch id працював, поставив плату з донора в мій ноутбук і тепер не можу добавити відбиток пальця пише "Помилка Не вдається завершити операцію реєстрацію touch id" моя материнка мала i7 512gb а донор має i9 і 1тб
кнопка ввімкнення працює але не працює чомусь touch id.
Може по логам можна оприділити проблему? В чому може ще бути
p.s пробував скинати параметри і тд нічого не допомога
