My MacBook Pro 13” (Early 2015) does not charge. It’s battery stays at 1%. It only works when plugged in And turns off as soon as I unplug.
* MagSafe connector LED is Amber.
* I have tried resetting SMC and PRAM.
* My battery has 715 cycles.
* System information says it has 25% battery health.
* Running Diagnostics says: “The battery may not be charging properly“ - “Disconnect the MagSafe power adapter from the computer and the power outlet, then reconnect. Run the test again.”

Does this look like a battery problem or MagSafe DC-in problem?
