Why iMac Fan Running faster and no display

I have a ++Late 2013 21.5” iMac i5 2.7 GHz++ (A1418++)++, I just changed the Hard Disk and RAM Now after changing these I did not see the display while the fan is running very fast.

Would anyone suggest me what should i do now ?
