"Battery health" keeps fluctuating on brand-new battery?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Just replaced the battery in my MacbookPro A1398 (Mid 2012 Retina).
-The new battery initially showed 105% health, but after “calibration” as suggested (drain till shutdown and charge 100% again), it only shows 90% health - intact it kind oscillates between 88-91%. Again this is health, not max charge %%. The cycle count is still 0 after calibration.

Is this normal ? Or is it a sign of a problem replacement battery ?
