No matter what you do, you can't get your Phone Dock to turn on.

• all cables are plugged in securely.
• you press the on/off button, once, allowing a few seconds for start-up.

If there is 'absolutely' no response from your dock the motherboard is the issue.

'Absolutely' means there is no response from the dock's speakers, display, light, or charging station.

To fix this issue a new motherboard must be ordered and re-installed.

Check your warranty information in the paperwork included with the device.

No matter what you do, you can't get your Handset to Stay on.

• the battery pack is inserted properly into the remote and charging station.

If your remote exhibits any one of these symptoms:

• Charging but not turning on
• Turning on, but for a short period of time
• Unable to hold a charge

Then it is time for a new set of batteries.
