Laptop Does Not Turn On:
The laptop charger
If the laptop does not turn on, make sure that the laptops is not just simply out of charge or the charger is not broken. If that the case a charger replacement may be needed.
The screen is damaged
It is hard to see with damage screen such as cracks screen, so check if the screen is broken
Battery broken
If the laptop still does not turn on, it may be because the battery may be dead. In this case a battery replacement may be necessary.
Battery Dead and Won’t Charge
Check if the battery works by plugging the laptop into the charger. The light on the laptop will glow if it is being charged.
Keys Not Working:
Repairing the Key:
If the keys aren’t working well or are stuck, you might need to pop off the key and check for any obstructions.
Broken Key:
If you have already removes the key, clean it, and put the key back on, it should be working. If it doesn’t work, it might result from an internal part malfunction.

- The Fan
- CPU
Chromebook software not working properly:
Chromebook Factory Reset:
Resetting the chromebook may become a favorable option if you want a fresh start, give it to somebody else, or the chromebook software may not be working properly and or may have a virus that is beyond being terminated. Factory resetting the chromebook is a last resort option. If you are logged into your account look for the account picture in the bottom right then click on “status area” and then “show advanced settings”. Next, go to the “power wash section and select reset. When the dialogue box pops up select restart. Alternatively if you cannot login to your account, on the sign in screen, simultaneously holding CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R and then clicking restart should factory reset the chromebook.
