Unusual Smell
Vacuum causes an unusual smell while being used.
Bad smelling fluid in dirty water container
An unusual smell coming from the vacuum can be from your dirty water container. The dirty water container sucks in all the bad fluids from surface and can combine all bad fluids and create an unusual smell. Empty out your dirty water container and see if the smell disappears. If the smell disappears, it was likely your dirty water container.
Faulty Filter
An unusual smell from your vacuum may be caused by the filter. For help replacing the filter, check our replacement guide for the Filter.
Rolling Resistance
There is resistance when trying to move the vacuum across the floor.
Vacuum Wheels
The FLOOR ONE S3 Breeze is equipped with two large wheels on each side and two smaller wheels below the brush roller. If there is anything tangled or stuck in the wheels, remove the wheels to properly remove the item causing the issue. If the wheels break in the process or are already broken, then they will need to be replaced. For help replacing a wheel(s), check our replacement guide for the Vacuum Wheels.
The Tineco FLOOR ONE S3 Breeze will not turn on.
The vacuum will not turn on when the power button is pressed.
Failed Battery
Older batteries may no longer hold a charge. You will need to replace your battery, following the Tineco FLOOR ONE S3 Breeze Battery replacement guide.
Broken Charger
Clean the charger of any debris, check for damage, and try plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, the charger may be broken, and you will have to replace it.
Broken Motherboard
Check the motherboard for cracks or broken connections or burnout spots. If there are not any seemingly broken parts of the motherboard it is most likely something else. If it seems the motherboard is broken, then it will need to be replaced. See our replacement guide for the Motherboard.
Loss of Suction
The vacuum does not properly remove dirt and such from floors.
Faulty Vacuum Motor
The motor is located at the bottom of the vacuum while being wired together with the battery and motherboard, so it’s recommended to either return the vacuum to fix/replace the vacuum motor or get a new Tineco FLOOR ONE S3 Breeze. Go to website https://us.tineco.com/support/troublesho... to contact Tineco support to fix this issue, or see our replacement guide for the Motor.
Poor Removal of Dirt and Debris
The vacuum functions as normal but just does not pick up dirt or debris efficiently.
Dirty Roller Brush
The roller brush located at the bottom of the vacuum gets dirty after so many uses. It is recommended to replace this roller brush which can be ordered from the manufacturer. See our replacement guide for the Brush Roller to replace the roller brush.
