Faulty Screen
The system may freeze on a black or white screen and will appear to be unresponsive. If this is the case, give the system a cold reboot.
- Hold down the reset button and then press the power button while still holding down the reset button.
- When the screen turns on release the reset button.

Too Many Connected Devices
The system may freeze if multiple devices are plugged in at one time.
- Unplug all devices including chargers, headphones, hard drives, etc.

Damaged Battery
If there is a frozen or unresponsive screen, try to refresh the power.
- Hold down the ESC and refresh button for 10 seconds.
- Power the device back on.

Faulty Hard Drive or SSD Card
If the screen is still frozen after resetting the device and disconnecting from all external sources, there may be an issue with the SSD card connected to the motherboard.
- Replace the SSD card.
