Many people have had a problem with the Bluetooth connectivity after updating their laptop.
“Allow the Computer to turn off this device” is turned on
When the computer updates, it automatically sets to “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.” To turn this off go to the device manger under Universal Serial Bus Controller. Right-click on the Generic USB Hub and select the Power Management tab. Uncheck “allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.” This should fix the problem. Bluetooth Driver is not working properly
The problem may just be that the Bluetooth driver is not working properly. Here is how you can test it. Go to Windows + C to get to the charms bar. Then go to settings and click on PC info. After that, click on Device Manager and look at the Bluetooth symbol. If there is some sort of exclamation point or foreign symbol, then this is probably the issue. The best thing to do after this is to download the driver again and re-install. If you need help, check on this link if help is needed.
