Skullcandy Lowrider Troubleshooting

There is no sound coming from my headphones at all.

Check to make sure the cable is plugged into the device all the way. If it is, make sure the volume is ON, and turned up all the way. If the cable is plugged in all the way, and the volume is ON and all the way up, and there is still no sound, the wires could be faulty. If the headphones will not work, they are not "dead", they run off the power of the device they are plugged into. Try multiple devices and make sure to follow above instructions as well.

My headphones are only working out of one ear

Make sure headphones are plugged into device all the way. Follow above instructions as well.

If the cable is plugged in all the way, the device is ON, and the volume is all the way up and you are still only receiving sound in one ear, wires may be faulty. Check the connection between the wire and mute earphone by Determining Wire Connectivity for Skullcandy Lowrider

The ear pads on my headphones are uncomfortable on my ears

Make sure headphones are on correctly, with the R for right ear, and L for left ear.
