The speaker does not turn on
The speaker doesn’t turn on when the power button is pushed.
Bad power source
Before taking the speaker apart, double check to ensure the speaker is plugged in to the wall through the grey cord in the back. Make sure the outlet is functioning by trying different outlets.
The male part of the cord should fit in snug to the female input on the back of the speaker.
If the device is on, a blue ring of light should circle the power button when pushed.
Damaged power cord
If the cord has any visible damage, then you may need to replace the cord.
Bad power input
If the device still does not turn on, it is likely that the DC input on the device has a bad connection.
Try cleaning out the input with a compressed air dust cleaner to remove any dust, dirt, crumbs, etc.
If the device remains dead, try replacing the DC input connection.
Bad motherboard
If the problem persists, you may need to replace the motherboard Motherboard.
No sound plays
When the device is plugged into the speaker, no sound comes out.
Audio device isn’t playing music
Sometimes the sound on the audio device is too low for the speaker to project adequately. Turn the volume all the way up on your device, and using the buttons on the front, turn up the volume on the speaker. Also make sure the audio device is on, playing music, and correctly connected to speakers.
Bad speakers
If there is still no sound, try replacing the Speakers.
Bad auxiliary cord
If there is still no sound, you need to buy a new white ZipConnect unit page
Lights do not work
The lights do not turn on when the device is connected to the speaker.
Light intensity dial off
Make sure the light intensity dial is not off, and turn it to its highest setting.
Bad power source
Ensure that the speaker is plugged in to the wall through the grey power cord. Also double check the outlet is functional by trying other outlets.
Audio device isn’t playing music
The LEDs only flash when music is playing so check to make sure that the audio device is on and playing music.
Bad LED lights
If the LED lights still do not work, try replacing The LED lights.
Unresponsive light intensity dial
The LEDs do not change brightness when you turn the dial.
Bad dial
If the lights are on, but the intensity does not change with dial movement, then you may need to replace The light intensity dial.
Bad motherboard
If the dial still does not change the intensity of the LED’s, you may need to replace the Motherboard.
Subwoofer will not play
The speaker is connected to the subwoofer, but no bass is created.
Bad subwoofer
Make sure the subwoofer functions with other audio devices.
Bad subwoofer cord
If the cord has visible damage, then you may need to replace it.
Bad subwoofer input
If the subwoofer is still not creating bass, try replacing the Sub input.

The female part where the male plugs into. Female part came off and I can't figure out on how to put a new piece in right. Has 3 wires black red and blue. Can you help me out. Don't know what wire goes into what hole.
