How to reset my face recognition

No one can hear me on phone calls.if i use Bluetooth or speakerphone they can.i need help. I've tried everything i find on Google. Nothing has worked

Do y’all know if I should go to the phone store and get my Samsung galaxy j7 crown fixed the home button only works if you click it twice and that goes to camera then I can exit that’s the only way the home button works and my keyboard won’t pop up so I can’t use my keyboard and my battery and everyone at the top isn’t popping up I almost forgot I can power it off when you hold the off button on the side it comes up with power off and reset works but all the sudden it doesn’t let me put in a password and the power off button,if you click it it doesn’t do anything the last thing is the main home screen to do a password won’t pop up it just goes to the apps. I know this may be a lot it just happened over night all I did was power it off and plug it in, if yall know what it is I would love to know if you read all of this that I you so much and stay safe from cornaviris please send feed back if you know anything!

I have a galaxy j7 and the screen is locked and wont let me into any of apps, I cant add anything to my home screen, I changed my wallpaper because I had like a screenshot over my other wallpaper and couldn't remove it.

My J7 asked for a password. I didn’t want to set one but cancel wouldn’t work so I did. A few months later, it gave a screen for reset password. Cancel wouldn’t work. It wouldn’t take my password. Had to go to Verizon store—they managed to change password and get it work. A few months later it did it again. Went to Verizon and they made is so it didn’t need a password. What a relief UNTIL it happened again. Now it is locked up, asking me to set a pw and refusing “cancel.” $40 every time I to go the store for them to work on it. This is clearly a glitch in the phone. So far I’ve paid for it twice with all these fix-it fees. Sucks.

My volume is low an turned all the way up. Is there any way to get it to go up louder?

J7 crown pattern lock is too large and will not reduce display size. Tap screen 3 times the display will get larger and reduce back will only show 2 wide and 3 down. Will NOT GET SMALLER

My Galaxy J7 is just 2 years old and gives the message that it can not find the sim card.

I opened my phone, checked the sim card (got it out, cleaned it) and put it back in.

No use. But not all the time anymore. I don’t know for how long. For the time being it works.

I opened an email attachment, viewed MP4 but did not save. Now while the file is not in MyFiles, it does show up in “recent files" when attaching a file to an email.

So this is perplexing, I was listening to an audiobook using the Audible app with the screen off. I tried to open the app to pause the book when no buttons did anything, not even the power button. I couldn’t turn my phone off, restart it or turn it down. I had to finally disconnect the battery, reconnect it and then restart my phone. Any idea what happened or why?
