The image on your touchscreen is distorted

If your camera's auto focus does not function properly, focus the camera yourself.

If you observe a flesh-colored blob in your photo, it may be because your finger is obstructing the lens.

If you observe cracks on the lens panel and/or have completed prior steps, you may need to install a new camera lens].

It is possible that your camera is focusing, but your touchscreen is defective. If so, installing a touchscreen may fix your problem.

Your touchscreen appears black or cracked. The touchscreen is insensitive to your touch. The display is distorted.

Check to make sure the battery is charged; if the battery is not charged, charge it up! Once battery is charged, press and hold "power button," the small button located on right hand side of touchscreen near the top of the device.

Holding the phone to your face for extended periods of time can cause oil and grease build up. If your phone appears dirty, wipe the touchscreen with a microfiber cloth. You may need to wipe the phone touchscreen multiple times.

If you have dropped your phone recently, you may have cracks on the touchscreen. If this is the case, discontinue using your device - you will need to replace your touchscreen with a new one. Similarly, if the image on your device is no longer in focus or is discolored, you will need to install a new touchscreen on your phone.

If your phone no longer responds to your touch, first try wiping your touchscreen clean and drying sweat from your hands. If this solution does not fix the problem, you will need to replace your touchscreen with a new one.

Your phone and its keyboard don't seem to be working together.

Check to make sure the battery is charged; if the battery is not charged, charge it up! Once battery is charged, press and hold "power button," the small button located on right hand side of touchscreen near the top of the device.

After text messaging friends for hours on end, your phone may accumulate dirt and grease from your fingers, causing keys to become stuck in a compressed position. Try using a dry cloth to wipe away the grime from your keyboard. You can also utilize an electronic duster and/or compressed air for electronics to blow away debris from the cracks in your phone's keyboard.

If cleaning the keyboard does not correct the observed problems, you will need to replace your keyboard with a new one.

Your phone's touchscreen is black..

After operating the phone for an extended period of time, the battery will deplete. With regular use, a battery will lose its charge within 24 hours of the phone's separation from the charger. If your battery has not been charged recently, plug your phone in. Give the phone ten minutes to charge, then, while the phone is still plugged in, see if you can turn on the phone by pressing and holding the "power button," located on right hand side of touchscreen near the top of the device. If the device powers up, your charger is working, though you may still have a defective battery.

Phone batteries tend to last for about two years, at which point they will stop holding a charge for the same amount of time. If your phone is dying soon after unplugging from the charger, consider purchasing a replacement battery and installing the battery in place of the old one.

The micro USB charging port is frequently used (for charging and data transfer) so it may easily break. If after attempting to charge your phone and/or installing a new battery you still cannot get your phone to turn on, you might have a problem with the micro USB charging port. First clean out the port with electronics duster and attempt to charge the phone. If your phone still doesn't turn on after attempting to charge it, follow the procedures provided to exchange the current micro USB charging port for a new one.

If your phone is charged, you have pressed the power button, you have replaced the micro USB charging port and yet you still observe no response, you can make the assumption that your phone's power button may be damaged. If this is the case, install a new power button into your phone.
