List of changes
1. Changed order of issues, previous order was: From keyboard, not turning on, mouse not responding, usb port, not charging
2. Changed summary, to reflect the new order of issues
3. Changed summary, adding the phrase “This troubleshooting guide will cover:”
4. Changed summary: removed “/” characters and replaced with “,”. “/” characters can be interpreted as a symbol for “OR”, when we mean it to mean “AND”
5. Capitalized T in troubleshooting in title
6. Made content changes , labeled as Ricky Edit’s, as to not delete the original
OVERALL OPINION: original content made a lot of assumption and skipped over steps. It was also unclear on certain things, so I changed that.
THINGS TO LOOK AT: The two sections “Computer wont turn on” and “computer battery not working” contain a lot of overlapping content. We may want to reevaluate this as a team
