Roccat Vulcan II Mini Air Keys Are Unresponsive

If pressing the keys on your keyboard doesn't register on the screen of the connected device, follow this troubleshooting guide for potential solutions.

The most obvious sign is that pressing the key does not produce any letter, number, or symbol on the screen. Sometimes, simply taking the keycap off and putting it back on can re-establish a connection. If not, the switch underneath the keycap no longer works and needs to be replaced. The battery has run out of power and is no longer powering the device. Use the chord to plug in the device and charge it. If after charging the battery for a while and the device still doesn't have power without the chord, the battery may need to be replaced.
