My tablet is running slow. How do I speed it up
Battery not holding charge
Insert an opened paperclip into the hole that houses the reset button gently and hold for approximately 60 seconds. The tablet should then activate the charge screen and proceed to charge. If the battery still does not hold a charge then you will need to replace the battery.
Device not powering on
Ensure device holds a charge and inspect button for any debris that may hinder operation and clean if needed. If the device is charged and the button still does not power the device on, you may need to replace the button board.
Camera taking blurry photos or distorted photos
The camera lens may be dirty, you may want to clean it with a lint-free microfiber cloth. If cleaning it has not solved the issue, it may be necessary to replace the camera lens.
Broken or Malfunctioning Screen
If the image on your screen appears to have thin lines or is distorted you will need to replace your screen.
Audio not playing or is excessively noisy
Adjust the volume of the device and ensure no other applications are playing audio. If issue persists you may need to replace the speaker.

The RCA screen comes on then goes off. It won't stay on. Before this started it would be fully charged & turn off. I would have to keep it plugged in order to use my tablet. Now I can't use it at all. Also getting messages that Google not responding or Launcher not responding. I have a Pro 10 Edition. I use it mostly to play games & go on Facebook. My Tablet Was Working Fine Yesterday. I put it on the charger and I went to get it last night and it wouldn't even turn on so I placed it back on the charger thinking that maybe it didn't charge but it won't turn on it won't reset. I'm getting nothing

I replaced the digitizer on a RCA Pro 10.1" with the correct RCA part. It turns on and charges but will not load any applications. What should I check? The ribbons and cable are all securely attached. No soldering joints show visible damage. I pushed the reset button, but nothing changed. The digitizer was cracked when the tablet fell onto a concrete floor. The cracked digitizer was the only visible damage. All suggestions appreciated

every now and then the screen will freeze up and slowly fade to white, or in some cases turns black with random whitish lines. if i firmly press on the rear of the device, it stops most of the time.

The "touch" part of the screen isnt working anymore and now it wont turn completely on, it wont go past the black rca screen from power up. Plz help me.

tablet froze after using to get a recipe . will not power down. Battery doesn't seem to be discharging. Happened last year also. I talked to Daniel who said to go to this site.
