Radio Will Not Turn On
The radio does not power up.
Ignition Not In "ACC" Position Or Motor Not On
After putting the key in the ignition, to it to the "ACC". Turning the key to the "ACC" position will send power to the radio and power it on. Also, starting the motor on the vehicle will allow the radio to power on.
Power Button Pressed
Hold down the power button on the radio for a few seconds. After doing so, the screen will turn on, and go back to normal.
Blown Fuse
Once locating the fuse on the back of the head unit, pull the fuse out and check to see if the arch in the colored plastic is connected. If not, the fuse is "blown" and needs to be replaced. Replace fuse with the same amp rating and radio will power on.
Recent Dead Car Battery Change
If the car battery died while you were operating the radio, it could have sent the radio into an anti-theft mode. To reset the radio, you need to consult the manual. Within the manual, there is a code to turn off anti-theft mode.

The sound cuts off as the vehicle travels over bumps.
Main Power Cable Loose
Check the main power cable to the battery. Wiggle the power cable connected to the battery, by touching the plastic casing around the wire, to see if it is loose. A loose battery cable can cause intermittent power loss to the radio. Tighten the clamp connecting the cable to the battery.

Locate the white wiring harness on the back of the head unit. Wiggle the harness to check if it is loose. If loose, firmly push the harness back into the head unit. If it does not connect, you will need to replace the wiring harness.
Loose Ground Wire
Locate the ground wire leaving the radio. The ground wire will be connected to bare metal on the vehicle. Tighten the ground wire to the vehicle to ensure it is making contact.
Speaker Wires Not Connected Tightly
Locate the wires that lead to each speaker that comes from the wiring harness. Check to see if the connections between the wiring harness and the vehicle's speaker wires are connected tightly. If not connected tightly, replace the wire connectors to ensure a solid connection.
Power on but no Sound
The radio has power but no sound is being produced.
Volume Turned Down
Turn the volume knob, located on the left of the face plate, to the right to turn the volume up.
Bluetooth Not Connected
Check to ensure that the Bluetooth has been paired correctly with the head unit if you are using a Bluetooth connection. Scroll through the connection settings and find "Connect Bluetooth" and follow the instructions given by the radio.
Screen And Sound Cutting Off
The sound and screen are both cutting off intermittently.
Faulty Battery
Having an old battery or a faulty battery could cause the radio to not have enough power. The battery to your car may need to be replaced.
Face Plate Not Inserted Correctly
The face plate on the head unit may be loose or not connected all the way. Push the face plate back into position firmly to ensure that it is properly secured.
Head Unit Wiring Harness Loose
Locate the white wiring harness on the back of the head unit. Wiggle the harness to check if it is loose. If loose, firmly push the harness back into the head unit. If it does not connect, you will need to replace the wiring harness.
Sound Not Being Produced By Every Speaker
