I click to restart the device. It won't restart. Green page restarting mode. I can't get it off or stop

I bought the TM800A a couple of weeks ago. After using it yesterday I closed my as and shut it down. This morning I tried to use it and a funny screen appeared. It is difficult to turn off and this screen will not leave. I guess I'm going to have to return it. Anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

I had gotten the tablet/keyboard combo for Christmas. For the past few days the battery was acting up so I reset it completely, just to see if I had downloaded something that could be causing it to act up. I reset it last night but left my files, and the battery still didn't work after being on the charger all night. I reset it completely this morning and now it won't turn on at all. I put it on the charger to see if the light would turn on but the light is off. I've tried holding the top button and volume and still nothing is happening. What can I do ?

Sent one back because it would charge, got another one. All of a sudden one day th touch screen will not work. Can't turn off to reboot.

Mine was working just fine but I want to let it charge for a while and now it woulnt come on. The red light is on which is saying that it's charging but it just woulnt come on. My mom bought it for me on Christmas and I'dhate to tell her that it's always malfunctioning and not try everything to fix the issue. I tried the power and volume button thing but it still woulnt come on. The display of fine, it's never fallen the only thing is that the charger trips out sometimes and I even tried another charger but it's no use

My nuvision tablet will turn on, but it never gets past the starting screen that says NUVision by android. I don’t know what to do.

I bought one of your tablets in November last year didn't start uswing it till January and noting has work right on it it freeze s up on it and you can't send any body anything it cuts it self off and Donny want to come back on send me a phone to call it has a one year warranty on it and I purchased a two year warranty y'all selling $@$* That's make in other countrys the things y'all selling ant new

I tryed resetting my computer and it doesn’t have enough space to do so. My younger brother installed fortnight and now it’s slow and I can’t get rid of the app because it’s not allowing me to delete the download? I also don’t know what’s going on with my background. I don’t know if it is a virus or what but my background picture is completely black. While there is another thing with my computer that doesn’t allow me to log into my Xbox live account no matter what I try. I play Minecraft which is now a big deal to play on servers to have an Xbox account to play on servers. Anyone have any ideas on what to do or how to fix it? This is a complete piece of $@$* ! Was a Christmas present for my 11 year old grandson. Has always been slow starting with at least a 5 minute wait before the NuVision screen would appear. Took even longer for Windows 10 to load. Lasted only 3 months, and, now will not start even after being “Reset”….

So I've done a reset to remove all files a few times and I still get a sign on screen saying other user and password. How is that possible I supposedly did a reset and remove everything..shouldnt it go back to like if it was new? This thing is gonna drive me crazy…havent been able to sell it bc of that!

tablet was resetting back to factory and cut off then it came back up in shell mode nes11 now in shell mode wont reset it self only commands i know are f7 but when it goes to select boot device it doesnt change the screen just stays there and the only other command is f4 which brings you back to the bios, im stumped here ,any help would be appreciated thx signed lost in georgia

If you need to install your drivers for windows 10, or you would like to do a fresh install of Windows 10 Version 1909, you are welcome to visit my Google Drive and download them. I ask you please help me help others with the NuVision Split 11 by providing a link to this page or my google driver for other to download since it seams NuVision does not really care to. I have also provided instructions on how to use the iso if you have never done it before.

With the exception of Split 11 Drivers and Windows 10 Updates integrated, the windows 10 ISO is exactly as Microsoft Provides it. You will not need a CD-Key as it is

integrated by NuVision in the bios and windows will just load it automatically from there. other than that it is a normal Windows 10 installation.

I used my new vision tablet one time aint worked since!!!I'm praying I can get a replacement or some kind if deal should have read the reviews before buying this product,my tablet turns on but doesn't do nothing but say nuvision on it.only used one time for a few hours not worked right since then.

My laptop tablet was installing a windows update and it was taken off the charger and it died. Now it says “The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation”. Ive tried pressing ok and the exit button but both attempts led to the same page over and over again, no matter what i try. I have no clue what to do and its been like this for months.

My Drive C is maxed, and I forgot the password. Tried system, factory, image, and connected an external memory device. The computer is still locked out. Any advice?

Huh! It was a POS right out of the box! Was a Christmas gift for my mother back in 2015-16 when I was buying things off HSN on payments. ******Turned on one time and set everything up on Christmas day. Next day the screen was nothing but lines and distorted crap and couldn't even turn it off!

Was past the return date by 2 days and HSN refused to do a thing about it!!! So I told HSN to go pea up a rope! ...because after spending a couple thousand dollars there, they couldn't make a simple one time exception although I had NEVER complained about anything before! HSN got no more of my $!

Don't know why, but I found it buried in a closet the other day and started wasting my time on it. Thanks to Joshua's comment above I actually got it started and reset everything! Thanks Joshua! MY apps don't show up on play store, so can't update them or OS from I think Lolly Pop v4.4. So it's STILL A POS and next time I go to the range, it'll make a fine target! Nothing like putting a 100 bill up for target practice!!!
