Motorola Moto E6 Troubleshooting

I plug my cell in and it goes to zero percent I unplug it and it turns off and then I turn it on and it's at 50 percent what would be causing this and the cell I got bran new 3 months ago

Having volume issues when the rings plus when talking can't hear the without being on speaker all time can you help me?

mine had a security update, when i hit install, it loaded to 20% and stayed there for a few hours, i tried to restart but it just came up the same so i left it for the night, in the morning all i get is a black screen with n/a in the top left corner. the phone was perfectly fine before!!

I just received my new Moto e6 a few months ago, and have loved it. Recently, I have just a couple of issues that I would like to solve.

First, it just started “not sending” texts to one person or another. Will be able to send to others, but ones that I send to all of the time, will come back “not sent”. ???? I will call them to make sure all is well w/their phones, and they are getting texts from others, but mine wont send.

Ive rebooted, taken their names and info out of my phone and added again, & finally, it allows me to send texts to them, again. But, it seems to take alot of time & trouble.

Second, shortly after getting my new phone, I customized some rings for my family but their rings have gone back to my default setting. ??? And, for some reason, when I take them out & add the custom rings, again, it still goes back to my default.

Whats going on w/my new phone & how can I fix it & keep it fixed???

I have a gate that should open once the visitor put the code in but it doesn't open once I put my code in. I need help to solve this problem.

I replaced screen on moto e6 plus and after tht it works BUT if the screen closes or i close the screen from button it wont show screen anymore, its black but i can see light on lcd. When i take out battery and put it back and start it works again until i close the screen or it autocloses when not touched for a while? Where is the problem, any tips?

My phone isn't turning on and is overheating whenever the battery is inserted. Even when not on charge. What do I do?

I switched it off overnight, when I switched it back on I've hot several bands of blue across the top of the screen and a lit of Chinese writing in yellow. If I press it again a red pattern forms a border around the screen. It won't switch off again.

Woke up half asleep to my alarm ringing on my moto e6s (UK) and was obviously working fine as I could turn off the first alarm whilst half asleep. When I woke up properly and tried turning second alarm off, phone had become unresponsive and when I plugged it in, it was obviously low on battery. I’ve decided to just let it run out of battery/ alarms to see if it turns off. It’s really annoying tho.

My Motorola Moto E6 device went completely blank one afternoon. Now, a blinking light appears upon charging and the device overheats as it is being charged. I have replaced the battery and still the same problem persists. The phone is still completely blank. Any suggestions?

I have 3 motoe6 phones and only 1 is in working condition. I took the motherboard out of the other ones to retain my data. it works on 1st one I tried but not the 2 board. it just shows a blinking white light at the top left corner. not showing any display on the screen. I put in my original board and it's working fine.

Basically this phone is slow and generally crap. I miss calls because when the phone rings, the screen takes forever to wake up and by the time I can accept the call either the caller has given up or the screen has gone to sleep again! What a pile of trash.

A while ago I dropped my phone in water, we used silica gel packets to get rid of water. And now everything works fine, except for charging. My phone won't charge when it is on. However when I power it off it charges.

My Moto e6 drops my voice out of the calls or obscures it. It does not drop the call or the other persons voice. I have never seen this in a cell phone before. How do I fix?

Also, because my Moto e6 is a branded Tracfone, it bosses me around to no end. Up to five or six layers will appear over the call I am trying to answer but cannot get to because it want s me to set up the "account downloaded" or other bloatware on the phone. My first impulse is to drop the phone to the ground and crushing it with the heal of my shoe. I will dump this phone if I cannot take command of my own phone. This is cell phone harrassment!

Hi yes, my name is Toni Elam and my Motorola e6 phone is like on charging bar but then shuts off very quickly then gpot to the shut on screen the go off very quickly. how do I fix it

I tried updating my phone and it did the usual power off and restart, but when turning it back on it's just a bluish black screen with the word 'N/A" in red in the corner. It won't do anything and gets extremely hot if I leave it on for any amount of time. If I do the volume down/power off it brings up the troubleshooting options and stuff but none of them do anything other than the power off option.

Replaced charging port on my moto e6. After I put it back together it gave me many choices in order to start. Waited to ask my daughters how to proceed but could not get back to choices. Now will not start at all. Cleaned crud from start button with alchohol. Still not starting. Have tried pushing volume button and start in various combinations. Help! Am about to give up on it.
