Phone Won't Turn On
No matter what you do, you can't get your phone to turn on.
Drained/Bad Battery

If your phone won't turn on, you may simply have a drained battery.
If your phone wont turn on, you may have a faulty battery. If so a replacement battery will be required. See our Battery Replacement guide.
Power Button is not working properly
The power button is built into the device. In order words, it is not be replaceable.
Bad Display
It is possible that it appears nothing is happening because the display is bad. If your phone is subject to moderate to heavy abuse it is possible the LCD & Digitize is bad and must be replaced.
Bad Mother Board
If your phone has been through acute impacts or it has been in contact with heavy moisture and/or water, the problem may lie in the mother board and will require replacement. See our Motherboard Replacement guide.
Side Buttons not working
Side Buttons won't respond.
Dirty Buttons
Side buttons may need to be cleaned out. See our Teardown guide; this once said button is removed, clean and replace.
Bad Mother Board
If buttons are clean, mother board may be faulty. Motherboard will need to be replaced. See our Motherboard Replacement guide.
Ear Speaker Not Working
Ear speaker not clear, hard to hear or not working at all
Volume Setting Too Low
Volume may be too low, check volume in settings or adjust volume by using the volume adjustment button on the side of the phone.
No Sound
Ear Speaker hardware may be faulty/broken. Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting the speaker can fix the problem, see our Teardown guide. If this does not work a replacement guide may be necessary.
Camera Light/Flash Light Not Working
Camera Light/Flash Light not as bright or wont turn on.
Brightness
The light is not bright as it should be, check flash light settings. If all the settings are at a maximum a light replacement may be necessary.
No Flash at All
The light may be burned out and will need to be replaced. Otherwise, there is a problem with the circuits.
Device is not reading Memory card
Dirty Inlet
The inlet of your memory sd card could have dust or any other type of dirt. It can be removed and cleaned to verify if this is the problem.
Damaged Inlet
You can refer to our guide Motorola Droid Turbo SIM Card Tray/Volume Button Rocker Replacement, which provides detailed instructions on how to replace the inlet. By looking at the pictures, you are able to compare the state of your device's inlet.

My Droid turbo turns off when it still has battery life left.

Also I often am apparently muted on phone calls when I have not pressed the mute button.
