My Surface Book 2 is have an issue with the tablet portion connecting to the base. It attaches and detaches just fine but I'm still getting the troubleshoot icon on the detach icon in the task bar. I can visibly see a difference where the top connects to the bottom, as one side seems to be set back further slightly than the other. I tried detaching it and looking and the metal connectors and if they're bent I cannot tell. I have treated this laptop like a child and I don't think that this is an issue due to my use. But if so, I'd really appreciate some help fixing this.
