Lithium battery is low
The battery can be charged via Micro-USB cable to computer or power adapter.
- A red light will indicate the watch is receiving power.
- A green light will indicate the watch is fully charged.
- Quick-press both buttons on the left side of the watch to power it on.

The red light indicating the watch is receiving power is absent or the watch powers off soon after unplugging charging cable.
Micro-USB charging cable is damaged or faulty
Try using a different Micro-USB charging cable and/or power source.
Micro-USB charging port on device is obstructed, damaged or faulty
Visually inspect the Micro-USB charging port on watch to spot any obstructing debris, damage, and/or wear. If the five pins appear to be damaged the port will need to be replaced using this guide.
