Can not hear audio when listening to music

Make sure that the volume is not muted or on a very low setting. Try turning the volume up to a higher level. If this still doesn’t work check the volume in the Settings menu. Check to make sure that nothing is plugged into the headphone jack.

Try powering down the tablet and powering back up. If this is still unsuccessful the speaker may be faulty and needs to be replaced. Use our repair guide for step by step instructions.

Touching your screen and typing will not respond quickly or appear to freeze.

Hold power button and volume down at the same time. If this doesn’t work, use a paperclip to press the reset hole on the side on the tablet. If this still does not work, you may need to replace the screen of your device. Try our repair guide for screen replacement.

Try turning down the brightness settings all the way down when you are not using device. Brightness levels consume a lot of power on the tablet when the device only has a 3-hour max battery life. Turning off the brightness levels while not using the device could conserve the small battery life the tablet has.

When I touch the app, it is unresponsive.

Try restarting your device, hold down the power button until the screen goes black. Sometimes this is all it takes to resolve this issue.

Your device may have system updates that need to be installed. To check for updates open your device’s settings app. Then go to device settings and click system updates. If updates are available, tap install.

Try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. Sometimes there is a problem with the installation process and doing this will solve the problem. The problem could also be related to a server or developer issue.

The battery does not stay charged for a sufficient amount of time.

When wifi scanning is turned on, more energy is being used, resulting in shorter battery life. To fix this issue, uncheck wifi scanning in settings so that you will manually search for wifi when it is needed.

The battery tool feature on your android tablet will show you which applications are using the most energy. Your battery life will be longer if you turn these apps off in the background and only have them running when you absolutely need to use them.

Unable to download new data to the added memory card (SD).

SD cards have a lock switch on the left side of the card. If the lock switch appears to be pushed all the way down, the card is in the locked position. When the card is locked, no new data can be written onto the card and saved. To unlock the card and be able to save new data, you have to push the lock switch all the way up.

Some computers don’t support all types and sizes of SD cards. Many SD cards are 4GB, whereas many computers only support 2GB SD cards. You may need to upgrade your computer’s firmware or buy a different SD card that is compatible with your computer model.

With use of an SD card comes normal wear-and-tear damage. Be sure to check the card for signs of damage. If the card is damaged, the computer will be unable to read it and unable to add data to it. You may need to clean your card off or buy a new card.
