Brewer Not Turning On
Brewer is unresponsive and will not turn on.
Outlet Not Working
First make sure the power button has been turned on. If so, make sure the brewer is plugged securely into an independent outlet. If still unresponsive, reset the building circuit breaker and try again.
Damaged Power Cord
Check to see if the power cord is frayed or damaged in any way. Also make sure the prongs are not bent or broken. If this is the case, a replacement power cord is needed.
Brewer Not Brewing
Brewer is turning on but unable to brew
Insufficient Water
Check to see if the K-Cup is inserted correctly into the Pack Holder with the Handle pressed all the way down and secure. If the LCD Screen displays "READY TO BREW," press one of the three cup size buttons. If the LCD Screen displays "ADD WATER," make sure the Water Reservoir has sufficient water but does not exceed the MAX FILL line, and that it is seated properly. If problem persists, the Exit Needle may be clogged and need maintenance.
Brewing a Partial Cup
If the Water Reservoir has been removed during brewing, replace the reservoir and run a cleansing brew without a K-Cup Pack. Clean Pack Holder under running water if necessary. If problem persists, refer to Exit Needle cleaning guide.
Coffee Not Hot Enough
Brewer is functioning normally but coffee is not hot enough
Heating Mechanism Shut Off
When the water pump is not functioning properly, it signals the water heating mechanism to shut off to prevent the coffeemaker from overheating. This results in coffee lower than the desired temperature.
Inefficient Water Pump
If the water pump is not functioning at maximum efficiency, cleaning the pump with a vinegar solution might be necessary. Refer to the Water Pump Descale Guide.
Broken Water Pump
If the water pump is not functioning, you need to replace the water pump. Please refer to the Water Pump Replacement Guide.
Water Leakage Throughout Device
Water is spilling from bottom of device.
Damaged Water Reservoir
Check the Water Reservoir for any fractures or cracks. If reservoir is damaged, a replacement Water Reservoir is needed.
Damaged Water Reservoir Filter
If the Water Reservoir is undamaged but still leaking water, the Water Reservoir Filter might be cracked, or the waterproof seal is broken. If this is the case, refer to the Water Reservoir Filter Replacement
LCD Screen is Unresponsive or Presents "PRIME" Message
LCD Screen is dark or does not respond to buttons pressed
Unresponsive Power Button
If your Keurig B60's LCD Screen is unresponsive or is frozen, unplug the device and plug it back into a working outlet.
Rebooting with "Prime" Message while reservoir light flashes
Make sure the Water Reservoir is undamaged and sufficiently filled with water. If problem persists, thoroughly clean the Water Reservoir and ensure it is seated properly in its base.

Please help. B60 unresponsive - power button/LED window doesn't light up. Have cleaned the part that punctures the pod, have cleaned the water reservoir, have ensured that the outlet is working. Now what? Is it a goner??

My B60 starts to run water the moment it is turned on regardless of position of lever

After turning on the display says “not ready”.
This stays on the display while the machine seems to try to do something but after 2 to 3 minutes it just shuts off again. ;-(
Andrea - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
Just spoke with Keurig about this problem. Answer was short — non repairable. Buy another one which I will not do.
I tried several interbet fixes but nothing worked. Time to head to the dump.

When plugged in, screen flashes “NOT READY”. Cannot be turned off. No other sounds or lights. Is there a solution to this problem?
JoyH - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
When I plugged mine in it says not ready. Also there is “Auto off set” Auto Temp set” the menu button is not responsive. It goes through a large mug of water then it says Prime with the other two lines. Still the menu button is not responsive. I pulled the reservoir off and check the place to prime it and its full of water, I still tried to add water and tried it again. No luck. What can I do about this? Thanks.

Kurig 80 will not allow time change. Flashing for H and M but will not change to correct time. Wrong time stays on top. Also comes on but does not brew. Have unplugged several times and turned off auto on and off.

My Keurig B60 would heat but not make coffee. The right cup light (Large Mug) would light but not the other two cup lights. I cleaned the water inlet needle in the lid with a small copper insulated wire and compressed air. It took two attempts before water ran out. On the second attempt, I pushed the small wire well up into the lid. Then ran a couple of mugs of hot water through without a K-cup in the holder. All 3 cup lights function normally. Caution, the needle is sharp.

When brewing a cup of coffee. it is not putting out enough water to make a full cup of coffee. What is wrong and how do I fix it?
Angie Selig - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
I’m having the same problem as Angie Selig but your response was canceled. So what is wrong and how do I fix it?

We are getting a lot of rounds in the coffee cup after each brew. We have taken the coffee container out and took it apart and cleaned thoroughly. It doesn’t have the grounds in the coffee cup for about 3 uses, then grounds again start getting into the coffee cup.
Don - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
Did you ever get an answer? Mine is doing the same thing, I think it is the needle or plastic ring around the K-Cup.

Getting coffee blow back from the pod, do you think it is the needle or plastic ring around the K-Cup?

I believe that there is a problem with the water pump. I noticed the lcd display said descaling required. I got some vinager and cycled it twice. Then then the water pump stopped working altogether. I was wondering if I could clean said pump? I’m having trouble finding a repair manual. for the unit. And the model B60 and S/N: 68.0300.0056765

Water pumps through my b60 but it isn't pushing the water through to make a cup of coffee. It spits the hot water back out of the return line to reservoir. Any tips
Mike Tucker - crwdns2934203:0crwdne2934203:0
I have water flowing as soon as it is powered on. The water is following the proper path from the reservoir to the cup, but it doesn’t stop until the reservoir is empty

I just purchased my B60 from Amazon used and it’s not working, unpacked from box filled with water and plugged in. It makes noise like it’s heating up but than stops blue reservoir lite flashes and control says prime.
