Speaker Won’t Turn On
The speaker will not show any signs of powering on.
Power Button Not Pressed
To first turn on the speaker, press the power button on the top panel of the speaker, located slightly above and to the right of the microphone volume (“MIC VOL”) dial. Above this button also reads “POWER”. If the speaker will not turn on, please see options below.
Faulty Battery
If the speaker will not turn on, it may not be charged. To charge the speaker, use a USB-C charging cable with a wall plug, and plug the wall plug (with two prongs) into an outlet located in the wall. Plug the other side of the charger (that looks like an oval) into the charging port of the speaker, located on the top panel to the right of the word “POWER” and underneath where it says “5V==1A”. If the device still does not turn on, replacing the battery may be necessary.
Faulty Motherboard
Unscrew the six black screws on the top panel (identifiable by four silver dials, the power button, multiple ports, the LED button, and the radio antenna) and remove the panel; upon doing so, ensure the motherboard is connected. This will appear connected if all wires of both boards are connected to the board and to each other. If it is connected, and nothing is cut, disconnected, or visibly damaged, consider replacing the motherboard.
Sound from Speaker is Muffled
The sound coming from the speaker is muffled, unclear, or sounds off.
Low Battery
One reason the sound of the speaker may be muffled is because the speaker has low battery. Wait for the speaker to charge, and try again.
Faulty speaker mechanism
Adjust the echo, bass, and treble dials on the top panel of the speaker to see if sound improves. Additionally, make sure the speaker is charged. To do so, use the USB-C charging cable to connect the speaker to a working wall outlet. The end of the plug with two prongs gets inserted into the outlet located in the wall. Plug the other side of the charger (that looks like an oval) into the charging port of the speaker, located on the top panel to the right of the word “POWER” and underneath where it says “5V==1A”. If neither of these options work, consider replacing the speaker mechanism located within the machine.
Microphone Won’t Turn On
The microphone will not show any signs of powering on.
Batteries are Not Installed or Need Replacing
Grip the bottom of the microphone underneath the on/off switch, and twist it to the left until the battery cover unscrews and comes off. Here, you should see two slots with springs (one spring is located closer to the head of the microphone, and the other is located closer to the bottom end of the microphone). Procure two AA batteries, and insert the positive (“+”) end of the battery opposite the side of the spring. Repeat this step for the other battery.
Microphone Switch is Not Set to “On”
Once you are sure that there are batteries present within each of the microphones, which can be checked by unscrewing the bottom of the microphone, ensure that the black switch halfway down the microphone body is switched to the “on” setting. This can be done by sliding the thumb piece upwards. When the switch is in “off” mode, the word off will be readable on the switch. When the microphone switch is in the “on” setting, the word “on” becomes visible.
Lights Won’t Turn On or Change
The LED lights on the speaker will not turn on or change color.
Speaker Has Not Been Turned On
In order for the lights to turn on, the speaker must be turned on. Ensure the speaker is turned on by pressing the power button slightly above and in between the “MIC VOL” and “ECHO” dials. Once the speaker is on, the LED lights can be turned on and off. To turn the lights on and off, press down the silver button labeled “LED” which is located between and slightly above the “BASS” and “TREBLE” dials.
The Light Strip is Faulty
Unscrew the panel on the front of the machine. Locate the LED strip, which is inside of the white plastic ring on the perimeter of the speaker’s woofer (the circular part of the speaker which emits the sound). Disconnect the LED strip by simply pulling it out. The strip can be replaced with one from stores such as Amazon or Home Depot. Any LED light strip within plastic tubing of the same size will be compatible with this speaker device. A guide for replacing the LED light strip can be found here.

Only one Microphone connects. Batteries are installed properly and the mic turns on. The blue bottom mic works, the black bottom mic does not generate sound when it is on.

We are having the same issue as stated above, our grey microphone works but the blue bottom mic does not work. We have tried replacing the batteries and it still doesn't connect to the speaker. We even had a new microphone shipped to us and it did not connect. Could something be wrong with our speaker?
