Phone will not turn on
No matter how many times you hit the power button your device will not turn on.
Dead/bad battery
Make sure your battery has been charged. If it has not, the battery is possibly dead and needs charging. If the battery has been charged you may have a bad battery or it is not placed in the device correctly. Power button
Be sure you are pressing the correct button to turn on the device. The power button is located on top of the phone on the right hand side. Press and hold down on the button to turn on the device.
Phone is not charging

Wrong charger

Phone is unresponsive to touch
The phone is unresponsive when using the touch screen.
Phone is frozen
Before opening into the internal components of the phone, try holding down the power button to see if phone responds by either popping up a dialog box or powering down. If the phone respond, take the back cover off, remove and reinsert the battery, and try the power button again.
Bad battery
Try plugging in phone to see if it will charge. If it doesn't charge, remove the back cover plate and to inspect the battery and ensure there is a good connection. If nothing happens, you may have to replace it.
Bad digitizer
The cable connecting the digitizer to the logic board could be faulty or disconnected. The actual digitizer itself might be cracked or damaged. After inspecting the cable and digitizer for issues, the digitizer may need to be replaced.
Bad main board
The problem could be the main board itself. Also, the cable connecting the digitizer to the logic board could be faulty. If data is not being read or processed by the main board, check the cable. If the cable seems good then try replacing the main board.
